All artwork created by Ramsaydigitals is protected under copyright law. I reserve all rights to the images I create, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, and display. Purchase of a portrait or artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. The artwork is for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission. Customers are explicitly denied the right to:

  • Reproduce, sell, or commercially distribute the artwork.

  • Alter, modify, or digitally manipulate the artwork.

  • Claim the artwork as their own or remove any signatures or watermarks.

  • Use the digital file for printing outside of personal use.

  • Submit my artwork to third-party manufacturers or print-on-demand services to create products (such as shirts, mugs, coffee cups, or other merchandise). Customers may only order products featuring my artwork directly from my shop.

By using this site and submitting a photo for a commissioned portrait, you grant Ramsaydigitals permission to use the reference image on social media, marketing materials, and portfolio displays. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing progress shots, side-by-side transformations, and final artwork. If you prefer to keep your reference photo private, you must notify me at the time of submission.
