Refund policy

Tracking will be provided and item will be insured as well. Please let me know should you have any issues! Deliveries can be delayed, and once an item is shipped, it is no longer in my control if it is running late. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with pictures so I can advise. Replacements can be offered at replacement fee, should item have substantial damage within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the replacement to be delivered. At this time, we do not offer refunds due to the custom make. We do offer exchanges of ready made prints only in the form of store credit.
