Please note orders larger than 13x19 are printed out of house. Please allow up to 14 extra days to be fulfilled.

Digital Portraits are made to order, taking on average 2-5 weeks. If you need it by a certain date, please select rush shipping at checkout! If standard shipping option is selected, there will not be a guarantee of a delivered by date.

Because each piece is made-to-order and created with significant time, care, and detail, we do not offer refunds once work has begun on a commissioned artwork.

If an order is canceled after the creation process has started, any potential refund—partial or otherwise—will be issued at the discretion of the artist and may be provided in the form of store credit only. This will depend on how far along the piece is at the time of cancellation. If store credit is issued, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed and appear on your account.

In the event of order issues—whether caused by the buyer, seller, or a website processing error—if work has already begun, the seller is not obligated to issue a refund. Time, energy, and materials are invested in every custom piece, and as such, refunds are not guaranteed.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to communicate with kindness and clarity.

All artwork created by Ramsaydigitals are protected under copyright law. I reserve all rights to the images I create, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, and display. Purchase of a portrait or artwork does not transfer ownership of copyright. The artwork is for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission.

Customers are explicitly denied the right to:

• Reproduce, sell, or commercially distribute the artwork.
• Alter, modify, or digitally manipulate the artwork.
• Claim the artwork as their own or remove any signatures or watermarks.
• Use the digital file for printing outside of personal use.
• Submit my artwork to third-party manufacturers or print-on-demand services to create products (such as shirts, mugs, coffee cups, or other merchandise). Customers may only order products featuring my artwork directly from my shop.

By using this site and submitting a photo for a commissioned portrait, you grant Ramsaydigitals permission to use the reference image on social media, marketing materials, and portfolio displays. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing progress shots, side-by-side transformations, and final artwork. If you prefer to keep your reference photo private, you must notify me at the time of submission.
